Terms and conditions have been set out to ensure clarity and transparency between ourselves and our clients. Anyone who becomes a client of Elizabeth’s Elite Cleaning agrees to our terms and conditions.

 

Due to health and safety we do not clean any flooring on hands and knees.

 

Payments.

All payments are due on the day of the clean. Payments are to be made in full via bank transfer, we do not accept cash.

 

Late Payments.

A late payment is any payment not made on the day of the clean. There will be a £15 charge for any late payments.

 

Cancellations.

At Elizabeth’s Elite Cleaning we understand that cancellations can occur due to a number of reasons. If you need to cancel your clean please ensure that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within the 24 hours of the clean will still be charged.  1 weeks notice must be given to cancel cleaning arrangement permanently.

Access

If your cleaner arrives to work in your home/office and no one is there and no arrangements have been made to gain access such as leaving a key, full payment will be required.

Complaints

If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your clean please inform us within 3 days of the date of when the work was carried out. Any complaints after the 3 days grace period will not be taken into account.

Every so often our cleaners are off due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We will always do our best to provide a replacement but this can not be guaranteed.

If a client is away on holiday or scheduled to be out during a clean, the cleaner will be a designated key holder and clean the property as scheduled unless the clean has been canceled or re-arranged. 

 

Payment Reference.

To ensure that we correctly record your payments please use your full name as the payment reference. 

​

Cleaners Agreement. All cleaners agree that whilst working for Elizabeth Elite Cleaning and for a period of 12 months after leaving Elizabeth Elite Cleaning they are contractually prohibited from conducting any private cleaning work.
